Procurement
Papel Procurement takes a request from the person who needs it to the goods on the shelf: approvals, sealed tenders, budgets, currencies and purchase orders. Simple enough for any requester. Open enough for your IT team.
Procurement
Requesters, buyers and suppliers each get a screen built for their step. Pick a stage below or let it play.
Every process runs through a guided wizard, from raising a requisition to setting up a tender, registering a supplier or writing a workflow rule. The requisition wizard asks what, how much and who pays. Every screen shows whose desk the request is on. Menus follow the role, so a requester never wades through tender settings and an auditor sees exactly what an auditor needs.
Your approval matrix maps value band, category and department to an ordered chain of approvers, in series or in parallel. Once a request is submitted its chain is frozen, so editing the matrix never changes an approval already running. Move the amount to see it work.
Every approval, order and receipt moves the cost centre's ledger on its own. Owners see committed, ordered and realised spend as it happens, and alerts fire at the thresholds you choose.
Build a rule with the wizard: an event, conditions on any field, and up to three kinds of action. Simulate it against past records before you switch it on. No rule can approve, invite or publish on anyone's behalf.
Suppliers register, keep their documents current, receive invitations and submit sealed bids from one login. No subscription, no per-tender fee, no certificate to buy.
A REST API with scoped keys, outbound webhooks, scheduled SFTP exchange and ERP connectors with mapping profiles. Every integration acts through the same rules as a person: the sealed box, segregation of duties and the audit trail apply to it too.
